• You will be joining the Marketing team, where the focus is on new customer acquisition and retention through integrated campaigns that are exciting, locally relevant, seasonal and appealing. Our Always On content strategy demonstrates Timo’s product benefits to consumers with the promise of speed, ease of use and transparency in banking while our Acquisition Campaigns focus on a mix of promotional, seasonal and tactical strategies to drive sign up through our owned and paid digital channels.
• The team comprises of an in-house team of Designers and Digital Marketing execs. Your role will be to produce content and oversea the Communication plan for the brand.
Role and Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the integrated communication planning for the company including digital & off-line channels, to promote the value of Timo as the pioneer in Digital Banking in Vietnam.
• This will be achieved through a combination of brand communications, performance marketing, PR and campaign-based content plans.
• Lead content development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted audience to “take action”
• Plan and produce content for online and offline marketing campaigns included but not limited
• Performance Marketing
• SEM, FB Ads
• Display ads,
• Social media marketing
• Video production
• Community building
• Text in app and store
• Email marketing,
• SEO / Content marketing for both Long Form and Short form content.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager
• This position will report directly to the Marketing Director & will work directly with the Snr. Digital Marketing Manager

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in content creation/copywriting and digital channel management
• Abilities to learn and use different digital marketing tools/ platforms: Mailchimp, Google Analytics, FB Analytics, CMS, CRM, automation marketing tools, content creation and management tools, data analysis tools, etc is a bonus
• Experience with SEM/GDN/Social media Ads optimization, Content Management tools is a plus
• VN national with Advanced English writing capabilities
