Activity Supervisor

• Direct and controls all subordinate associates to ensure that day to day operational matter handled on time and guest expectations are met

• To ensure and coordinate the operation of Water Park, achieving the guest satisfaction and expectations

• Oversees the service standards in all activity areas ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations

• Ensure safety standards are followed by all associates all the time

• Ensure that the work area is properly maintained and cleaned in accordance to company

• Ensure cleaning materials are available for operation and raises necessary requisition when stocks are running low.

• Report and initiate maintenance and requirements and rectification request,

• Always follow up on all equipment that has been sent for repairs and report to superior any delays caused by the second party.

• Prepare, review staff shift roster and assign duties accordingly.

• Notify your superior on all damages or breakdowns detected in the work area and any materials which is use for guest convenience.

• Assist in any set up of any function, event organized by any departments requiring assistance.

• Perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned to him/ her by his or her department head.

• Ensure that all department reports and form are completed accurately and punctual as requested

• Participate in development programs provided by the company.

• Maintain constant communication with all supervisor and subordinates.

• Conducts frequent checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, associate grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

• Carry out administration requirements, prepares and submits reports on time as direct.

• Select, train, and evaluates performance of subordinate associate

• Assist and work closely with Water Park Manager to develop/ maintain all activities in Water park

• Coordinate with Water Park Manager and associates to plan for revenue growth

• Provide assistance with other activities or events as required

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time for all staff.

• Attend briefings and meeting as requested.

Yêu cầu

• Good communication• Management and organization skill

• Graduation from University of Physical education and sports

• Problem solving skill

• At least 1 years experiences in hotel 4/5 star with equivalent position
