Mô tả công việc

- To prepare the Kids Club activities for the children and ensuring set ups conform to the departmental standards

- Make sure all children and parents feel warm welcome when they come to Kids Park

- To provide assistance, advice and instruction for kids regarding all related outlet activities including correct use of equipment

- To ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service

- To make sure all children aware about safety before commencing any activities in Kids Park

- To maintain the materials of Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use

- To carry out general cleaning of the Kids park as directed ( as per the condition)

- To create an educational/fun/friendly/unforgettable experience and atmosphere for the children

- To participate in decoration of installations, stage as required.

- Handles customer complaints if possible, or report to superior.

- Helps maintain the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any engineering defects to superior

- Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually

- Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues

- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language

- Attends meetings and training as required by Shift Leader/Manager.

- Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.

- Performs additional duties as directed by Leader /Supervisor or Manager.

Yêu cầu

- Good in communication, basic English language

- Preschool education degree is advantage

- Skillful in handicraft, patient and love children

- Be positive and good attitude
