- To uphold A La Carte’s standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the FB Supervisor / Assistant FB Services Manager. The role of the Bartender will be to execute all service transactions according to the operational standards set by the resort in a professional, friendly and prompt manner, with an emphasis on beverage sales & mixing of drinks.

- The Bartender will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Yêu cầu

Educational Level High school or equivalent education required.

Language Proficiency Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Skills

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Confident to talk with guests and show off bar skills.

• General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.

• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.

Experience One to two years in a Hotel / Resort bar operation.
