Mô tả công việc

- Check in guest in an professional and friendly manner and arrange for their luggage to be delivered to guest room with correct key 

- Check out guest at end of stay, collects key and presents bill to guest 

 - Utilize a variety of OPERA system to check guest in and out, run daily reports and select, block rooms for arriving guests

- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times 

- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail 

- Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety 

- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and laws  

Yêu cầu

- Young and good looking 

- Good team work skills 

- Good communication in English 

- The second spoken language is a plus 

- Experience in Reception is a plus 

- Got professional certificate in protocol
