Mô tả công việc

- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

- Communicates to his/ her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

- Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

Yêu cầu

- Must be an experienced F&B attendant with over 2 years of experience in 4,5 star hotel/ resort

- Good communication in English

- Competent knowledge about food and beverage

- Qualified in hospitality /torism preferered

- Open Availability - nights & weekends are a must
